Classes for small groups of up to five people – whether that's friends, family or a way to spice up your monthly book club. With modifications for all levels, group classes offer a way to practice in a fun, supportive environment outside of the studio.

Corporate

A way to help your team relax, manage stress and improve wellbeing through custom-designed asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) sequences to address the impacts of office life. Classes are 45 to 60mins and flexible to meet your busy working schedules, whether during lunchtime or after work. Suitable for all experience levels.
